Mr. Blue Bird 2016

DSC_0001 (3)“Hello?”
“Hello Harriett.  Are you there?”

Mr. Bluebird tweeted timidly.
“I hope you don’t mind, but……..Well, many of your friends are wondering.”

Mr. Bluebird paused, swallowed nervously and continued.

“I certainly do not want to speak out of turn, but……But, as I’m sure you know, you have many friends and…….”
Harriett Looked down at Mr. Bluebird, not harshly nor condescending, but in a loving mutual respect for Mother Nature.

“You know……. We all want to know.”

Harriett gave Mr. Bluebird a casual glance. She knew he was acting as a surrogate for the Doctor. The Doctor has been trying to communicate with Harriett for two weeks but she has been stubbornly unresponsive.

“So what’s going on here?”

“What do you mean what’s going on here?” replied Harriett.

Bluebird immediately realized he had gone too far.  Nonetheless he took a big breath and tweeted it out.

Uncharacteristically, rather than respond, Harriett simply closed her communication with Mr. Bluebird.  The Doctor hates it when she does that to him.

“So we still don’t know,” said Mr. Bluebird.

“No, we do not,” the Doctor thought.
